An Opening From the Heart
I’ve been keeping quiet about something that’s lived in my heart for a long time. But I think it’s time to say it out loud…
To the mothers scrolling late at night, the ones who sense more but feel unseen — I see you. You feel deeply, you worry intensely, and sometimes it feels like the world just doesn’t understand.
My Sensitivity and Intuition — From Childhood to Motherhood
From as early as I can remember, I have been extremely sensitive to other people’s feelings. Navigating school and friendships as a quiet, intuitive girl wasn’t always easy. I carried a deep awareness that often made me feel out of step with those around me.
When I became a mother, this sensitivity shaped everything about how I parented. I became very careful with every word I spoke to my children and found myself troubled by the typical parenting advice and books available — so much of it felt out of sync with my instincts and gut feelings.
Choosing a Path Away from the Noise
One of the things I noticed early on was how many parents made decisions based on what others would think — grandparents, other parents at the school gate, and society’s expectations. It often seemed that appearances and judgments mattered more than what felt right for their own child.
I took a different approach. I imagined we were on a quiet island with no one to judge us. I blocked out the noise and tuned deeply into what my children and I truly needed. That became my compass.
Babocush: More Than a Product, A Portal
Babocush came from a place of wanting to help — but I now realise it’s not just a product. It’s a portal. A way to care for babies who feel deeply — and to support the mothers who do too.
This nervous system support tool is designed for sensitive souls just arriving on Earth and the mothers who hold them. It’s about creating a sacred container of calm and connection, beyond the practical benefits.
An Invitation to the Sensitive Souls
If this speaks to you… stay close. There’s more to come. I have so much to share, and I believe we’re only just getting started.
You are not alone in this. There is a growing community of conscious parents who feel everything and want to raise their children with deep love, respect, and intuition.
With love,
Kerry Nevins, Founder of Babocush
