As part of our Limited Time free delivery offer, we are only able to cover delivery costs up to $34.
We are unable to fulfil any orders outside of the US, Canada and UK. Apologies for any inconvenience! Please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com should you have any further queries.
CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY
You can return your babocush for a refund within 14 days of the date on which it was received. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that was used for purchase. Please note, we cannot refund the delivery cost and a re-stocking fee of £10 will be deducted from your refund.
You can make your own return arrangements through any carrier but we recommend you use one that can provide you with tracking information; until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility (we do not provide return labels, returns are at your own cost).
Items must be returned unused in the original packaging, including the outer brown box and accompanied with original proof of purchase.
If the babocush is used, damaged, soiled, shows signs of wear and tear or is not in the original box and sealed plastic bag, complete with instructions, it will not be accepted for a refund.
If the plastic bag has been opened or torn or the white label is not intact, a refund can not be processed.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns that have been used even once. Once the babocush has been opened and trialed there is a risk of cross infection; the babocush is popular in NICUs and with vulnerable, sick and often premature babies so we can’t take any risks with hygiene.
If your babocush is not returned to the correct address, it will be shipped back to you within 10 – 14 days.

Your babocush comes with a One (1) year warranty from the date of purchase valid only in the country where the Babocush is purchased. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to establish the original purchase date and price.
In case of defect, the unit may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of babocush.
Warranty applies to original purchaser only and is not transferrable. Babocush products purchased from online auctions or unauthorized retailers, are not covered by warranty.
Outside your warranty timeframe?
No problem! Please contact the Babocush Customer Care team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to provide instructions on how to purchase spare parts.
It is advisable to keep proof of postage as babocush cannot accept liability for any items lost in the post.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We guarantee to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3-5 business days after it ships from our warehouse.
If you choose 24 or 48 hour shipping and order after 12pm, your order will ship the following day and will be delivered 1 or 2 business days after shipping. We do not ship on weekends so if you order after 12pm on a Friday, your order will ship the following Monday and will be with you within 24 or 48 hours, depending on which shipping option you choose.
DELIVERY & PRICING
We guarantee to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days from your order date.
During new product launches, introductions and Christmas season, we guarantee to process your order within 3 business days of your order date.
For orders placed after 12 noon GMT, please allow for 1 additional business day for processing (excluding bank holidays).
All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Charges are determined by destination, item weight, packaging and value of order.
We endeavor to dispatch orders received before 11am (Monday – Friday) on the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. You will be notified if goods are out of stock and have been discontinued.
All orders are sent via a ‘signed for’ service. Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with your tracking number.

There are restrictions on some products for certain International Delivery Destinations. If you order products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Should you choose not to pay the fees, your package will be rerouted back to us and once received, we will refund your order minus any customs fees, shipping costs and return costs.
Babocush Ltd will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please note that public/bank holidays and busy retail periods such as Christmas are likely to delay order dispatch & delivery. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. All cancellations must be in writing.
